Sustainability

Energy transition made by Marlep – As a future-oriented company, we are constantly trying to reduce our carbon footprint. Environmental protection, sustainability, social justice and regulation are aspects that determine our planning and actions and are reflected in our management system and everyday practice.

We have fully implemented digitalization in our administration and now work in a completely paperless office. We try to make a contribution to environmental protection by optimizing route planning and avoiding empty mileage, with the help of driver training courses on economical driving and the purchase of modern tractor units that meet the Euro 6 standard.

With the commissioning of our in-house wallboxes, we are now even more efficient on the road. In 2022, we invested in solar energy at Marlep Trans Sp. z o.o. in Kościerzyna and put a photovoltaic system into operation. This allows us to further reduce our CO₂ emissions and contribute to greener logistics and more sustainable food transportation every day.

Together for youth soccer in our region – we support the Falkids

HFC Falke e.V. is a club founded by HSV fans in 2014 that offers amateur soccer as an emotional home for soccer fans. The club is particularly keen to promote youth soccer, as it not only lays the foundations for sport, but also teaches team spirit, fair play and a sense of responsibility. We support the Falkids and were able to equip the young footballers of HFC Falke e.V. with new training and presentation clothing. This commitment is a sign of active partnership and regional responsibility. Together, we make it possible for young talents to train under the best conditions, to develop further – and to actively shape soccer in our region. We are proud of this collaboration – for our young talent, for the Falkids and for the soccer of tomorrow!

Global responsibility

Civil emergency care

We see the reliable supply of the population as part of our global responsibility. Marlep therefore voluntarily supports civil emergency preparedness in road traffic. Since 2023, we have been part of the high-performance emergency network, which offers the possibility of accessing a nationwide supply in an emergency as part of crisis management. The Federal Office of Logistics and Mobility (BALM) would like to thank us for this commitment in times of crisis.
