When loading, unloading and transporting foodstuffs, the following must be observed under <\/span>Highest hygienic standards.<\/strong> <\/span>This is the only way to <\/span>rule out any risk to the consumer<\/strong> <\/span>and ensure maximum food safety. The basic requirements for this are defined in the European Food Hygiene Regulation (EC) No. 852\/2004, which, among other things, defines and regulates the <\/span>Condition and cleaning of transport containers.<\/strong> <\/span>regelt.<\/p>\n

The Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points concept (HACCP) was developed on the basis of this regulation. This is a <\/span>internationally recognized preventive safety system<\/strong> that is mandatory for all companies that handle food. Further or special requirements for the transportation of food can be found in the quality guidelines of the International Food Standard Logistics (IFS). Companies that are certified for food transportation must comply with both the HACCP and IFS standards. <\/p>\n

Marlep is of coursecertified<\/strong> in accordance with <\/span> HACCP; we have also passed the IFS audit “Transport and forwarding of liquid foodstuffs and raw materials for the food industry” with a high score of 96.63%.<\/p>\n

Our modern fleet currently comprises around <\/span>100 insulated tankers with stainless steel tanks in various chamber sizes<\/strong> <\/span>and as <\/span>Single and multi-chamber design<\/strong>. Stainless steel is ideal for transporting all types of liquid food at any temperature because it does not react with the liquid being transported, has a completely sealed surface and is very easy to clean and disinfect. <\/p>\n

In addition, our <\/span>Stainless steel tanks completely light and airtight<\/strong> <\/span>and with a <\/span>efficient thermal insulation<\/strong> <\/span>equipped. Many are also equipped with tank heaters to ensure transportation within the defined temperature range on any route and at any time of year. To ensure that the sensitive goods are protected in the best possible way during loading and unloading, we rely on tried-and-tested standard solutions or implement our customers’ special specifications precisely. After all, all <\/span>juice and juice concentrates always run first class<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
